I have made efforts to provide the following link so that voting becomes easy for those in the psychology fraternity, from 7 January 2025, time 00hrs 00mins to 14 January 2025 those in the main register of psychologists can vote for only one council member who is going to be a government recognized representative for psychology for the next 4 years. It is my wish that all members exercise our votes. It is also my wish as a historian of psychology that the representative we choose does not drag psychology to parochial and guild interests as we saw in 2019 and mid 2020 when a national representative of psychology who was in the Clinical psychology register fought hard and ensured that Counselling psychologists remain outside the main register and other disciplines outside clinical psychology remain in the minority and become inferior to Clinical psychology. It is my wish that we have a leader who equally respects all fields in psychology not esteeming one beyond the other.
