Society of Zambezi Psychology has been birthed as a result of diverse aspirations of psychology students, graduates, intern psychologists, psychologists and associates. It is within the heart of Society of Zambezi Psychology to ensure that the aspirations of psychology in Zimbabwe are favored and advanced to the best interest of psychology. In achieving this Society of Zambezi Psychology SZP will collaborate and collaborate. As SZP we are convinced that the is ‘no powerful idea’ its just a metaphor as the late David Smail stated, an idea becomes powerful as the majority takes its side.

Society of Zambezi Psychology shall be to advance psychology as a science and profession and as a means of promoting health, education and human welfare by the encouragement of psychology in all its branches in the broadest and most liberal manner; by the establishment and maintenance of the highest standards of professional ethics and conduct of the members of the Society; by the increase and diffusion of psychological knowledge to the promotion of health, education and the public welfare.

Below is the constitution of Society of Zambezi Psychology in pdf format. Interim membership will be opened within two weeks and it would be FREE OF CHARGE (pro bono). As the founding coordinator of SZP, I promise that we will have a better psychology.
